NCR Mobile Pay (NMP) and Connected Payments (CP)
NCR Mobile Pay offers the guest a contactless option scanning a QR code on their receipt and then applying payment through the NCR Mobile Pay web gateway. In this scenario the card never leaves the guests hand and the payment is applied on the guest end. The server then can see the applied payment on the check and close it like normal.
Connected Payments is the full chip and pin credit card suite provided through NCR that allows guests to use the latest security with their credit cards as well as decrease liability on the restaurant as the credit cards are immediately processed online in a fully secure fashion. This solution can help with credit card compliance and validity on the restaurants side as well. Secure access is a remote access tool validated and protected through NCR. This tool allows you full remote access to your back of house server and all front of house terminals.
